Edgar’s First Visit to Damanhur—A Contract with the Universe

December 14, 2014: Fifteen days after we said farewell in Ronda, Edgar arrived in Damanhur for the first time. Driving to Caselle airport in Torino to pick him up, I wondered if I would even recognize him in the crowd that would stream through the border control gates—this apparent stranger, with whom I had experienced such an intense first meeting.

Coming through the gates, his broad smile and buoyant energy were so familiar that it felt like welcoming a very old friend. We fell into step and were deep in conversation by the time we reached the car. There wasn’t, nor has there ever been, an awkward moment between us.

Edgar’s first visit lasted five days. My family and I lived in the nucleo of Dendera then. We kept an apartment in Vidracco (we live here now), which is quite central in Damanhur. We often host guests here and this was where Edgar stayed; also where we began our work together.

The first day, I had arranged for him to have a full day tour of Damanhur including The Temples of Humankind, and an introduction to Music of the Plants, our research and technology facilitating interspecies communication between humans and the plant world. It was a deep dive into this alternative reality and Edgar took it all in with great curiosity and enthusiasm.

Back together in the apartment, we spent a lot of time discussing the message he had channeled in Ronda. He still wasn’t sure of it’s source. Even so, its importance was clear to us and we endeavored to understand what it meant and what we would do.

I shared with Edgar the whole history of the Damanhur Transmedia Project—from the original divination, where I had been told that an idea would come to me that would be important for the future of Damanhur and for the future of Humanity, to my departure the previous September from Devodama, the media company I had co-founded and everything in between. I explained what had felt like my mission in Damanhur (which you can follow here in the backstory); the work that we had done to bring this story, research and content of Damanhur to the mainstream world. Work, that from my perspective, had veered off track after the death of Falco, the spiritual founder of our Community. Even though I felt the original vision of the project had been lost, the work had catalyzed a new website for Damanhur, a full scale social media strategy, an intellectual property catalogue, a new print on demand publishing strategy, the first outwardly facing fundraising campaign in the Community’s history (The Falco Memorial Fund), the commercialization of our research into the intelligence of the plant world, through Music of the Plants, and the establishment of a Damanhurian media agency, Devodama.

Edgar had been initiated into Reiki Therapy years before. He hadn’t practiced in a long while but he had me lay down on the floor of the apartment and he did a Reiki treatment. During the treatment he said that he could see this huge weight on my shoulders, that it had felt like I had been carrying this weight alone, for a long time. I think the resonance in his words brought tears.

Afterwards, I explained in more detail my core passion in the original Transmedia project—my work with the reserved esoteric archive of Damanhur, where I had discovered the most cohesive and comprehensive history of humanity that I have found reflected in the Western World. I shared pictures of the StoryRoom I had created, on which this vast alternative history of humanity had been laid out, story point by story point. The StoryRoom panels lay in storage now. The project had stalled as no one in Damanhur seemed truly interested in it.

This mythology from the StoryRoom, which I believe to be the core mythology of Humanity that represents global consciousness, was what I had pitched, much to everyone’s surprise, in Ronda.

My dream in Ronda and Edgar’s channeled message seemed to be demanding the revival of this Mission.

Its hard to convey the energy that was already present between us. As we brainstormed all of this around the kitchen table, in my apartment, we both had the feeling that working together, the two of us had the ability to accomplish anything we set our minds to.

It was the first time, since Falco’s death, that I didn’t feel alone in this Mission.

We were both conscious of the final words of Edgar’s channeled message:

“If you help each other you will solve the puzzle, if you both agree to enter this Mission. Further information and insight will follow, after your decision, which should be taken by the end of the year.”

It was December 18th. It came to us that we needed to create a formal contract to confirm to these forces, who were communicating with us, that we both agreed to enter the Mission. Not a conventional collaborator’s agreement, but a contract with the Universe. We wrote the following:

Contract with the Universe

I, Elizabeth Marie (Betsy) Pool, and I, Edgar (Eddie) Bueltemeyer agree to work as a team and to create a task force to solve the problems, as identified in the channeling of Edgar in Ronda, Spain on the night of November 28, 2014 and to bring humanity the message of their original blueprint, by 2017.

We commit to a collaboration based in and always manifesting pure intention, joy, harmony, truth, open heartedness, always looking for and finding the best in each other and those we work and live with.

We request and will be very grateful for receipt of support in helping us fulfill the following desires:

-integration of this collaboration and project into our lives including our families,

-receipt of the required funds to grow and implement the incubator and continuing financial support in comfortable time for each stage of the continuing Mission to bring humanity the message of their original blueprint,

-catalyzing the best possible people to work together with us to fulfill each step of this mission in most appropriate time,

-support from both divine, galactic forces and Damanhur,

-safety for ourselves and our families and those we are connected to from opposing forces,

-clarity of what is necessary and how to implement it successfully,

-the health and happiness of our families.

We printed and then each signed the agreement. Then, on the back porch of the apartment, over a miniature grill, we ritualistically burned the contract, watching the smoke curl into the heavens, sealing our commitment.

On Edgar’s final day, he wanted to experience a Selfic Hand Reading, the divination that had originally launched me on this Mission for Humanity. I drove him up to the nucleo of Cornucopia.

There we met with Ghepardo, the Damanhurian woman who is trained in this divination practice. Her husband Pooka translated, as I transcribed:

This is a very ancient technique.

This is a palm reading that is not about the physical, the job, the common aspects; but it is a communication about our core aspects, the subtle. She is preparing the painting now and opening the connection. This is a technique that was connected with Atlantean times.

With your hand on the painting you are creating the connection with Ghepardo. When you feel the connection arrive you can take your hand away.

(Edgar placed his hand onto the handprint in the middle of the Selfic painting and held it there for a few moments. When he lifted his hand, Ghepardo traced the Sacred Language symbols that arced across the top of the painting with a Selfic device and then began to channel).

The reading:

You, Edgar, contain two different parts. One that is connected to rational thinking that provides a link to the material world. You, additionally, have a part that is connected to more subtle realms and is able to receive messages. This part is in conflict with your rational parts and your brain. Sometimes you are in touch with this, and sometimes you are in touch with your rational; which is challenged by this connection to subtle realms.

The antique part of you—the spiritual part, is at the point of reawakening and is trying to manifest also through this more rational part of you. You know yourself, but you are also fearful of discovering something. You can decide to take this nice adventure to discover the other parts of you. You can travel in the world, or travel in your interior. What you are researching now can open the inner portals of yourself. For you, in other moments of time “the people” were important to you—your people. Now, it is like you are looking for your people—to whom you feel connected. You recognize yourself as a more extensive being. This also goes out from your normal boundaries. You have trouble finding people who are similar to you. You don’t enjoy relationships that stay on the superficial. You know that a deeper way to communicate exits. A way to share ideas. When you find something like this you become like a warrior, ready to fight for these ideals.

There is another part of you connected with the female aspects. Sensibility. It is pushing you to find contact with the divine. You still need to find a good balance between your masculine and feminine parts. You need for others to recognize you. You need to feel recognized. For this, for example, you have adapted to work that has a public aspect.

The part more sensible of you needs to manifest. Using your speech and writing—novels, poetry. You have no fear about changing. You put aside your fears and are able to stay in another country or culture. You could do the new life program here in Damanhur.

There is a part of you that has listened to this call from Damanhur; but you are not sure if it is the right moment or not to choose. Don’t use to too much logic, but listen to your interior. The brain will look for what is safe, which creates a risk of loosing the opportunity.

You have a connection with earth as an element. For example, you are adapted for communicating with the plant world. Because when—this is a difficult concept to explain—when you are confronted with a new perspective it is easy for you to step out of judgment and really see.

You are also fascinated by stars, and what the intelligence outside of this planet is. This is an old recall, connected to another space and another time.

This is the moment for you to follow the path of ideals. You recognize this part inside of you. Also because this is a good moment for your growth. You can—you are able to change your life.

In order to obtain this you need to feel free. In the past your education caused you to do what was expected of you. Now you must recognize and follow what are your needs; and have the courage to follow.

The power that you have had in the past was connected to your spiritual powers. Also, though you have a strong character—you are not interested in being a leader but you need a strong interest. It is easier if this is found in the spiritual field.

When you were a child, you could listen to a call. You felt different from the other children. This feeling is also something that isolates you. Now, this is the feeling that can guide you to connect to others who are similar to you.

Now, you must decide how much you want to invest in this investigation.

The advice is not to stay too much in your brain—but to decide—and do!

The reading ended and Ghepardo sat back and smiled at Edgar. He had taken it all in. He looked to Ghepardo and said, “This is lot of information—but I know I must be guided by my heart!”

Even back then, it was hard for us to say good-bye when the time came for me to take Edgar back to the airport.

We had made our agreement to work together on this Mission for Humanity, and the message he had channeled in Ronda had said “if you both agree to enter this mission. Further information and insight will follow… “

We have not been disappointed. Information and insight continued and continues to flow from the original source of Edgar’s channeled message in Ronda, and it would not be long before these non-terrestrial forces revealed who and what they are—and what our connection is to them.
